Rick and Johnnie Lipsius have been married for twenty-six years. They have fourteen year old twin daughters, Amanda and Rebecca. Rick is originally from Iowa City, Iowa and Johnnie is from Dallas, Texas. They love living and working in Ellis County. Rick has worked in construction his entire adult life. After high school he started framing and trim carpentry. Before opening their own business Rick subcontracted from several large siding companies in the area, such as State Wide, Bush Siding, and Marroquin Building Supplies. Rick prides himself in being a perfectionist. The quality he puts into every job is the same he would put on his own home. Johnnie takes care of the accounting and advertising part of the business. Before becoming a stay at home Mom she did accounting and databases for a recycling company in Phoenix, Arizona. In their free time they love to camp and fish.
